January 17th A Day to be Pampered at Just U Fitness, We’re spending the day in a perfect ‘girl fashion’,in the afternoon I’ll be speaking on “Discover Your Potential.” Call Just U Fitness for more details- 721-0502.
February 4th for four weeks, Life Design Course. All of us have dreams, but what are we doing to make them happen? In this course we take a current inventory or our life situation and identify the gap between dream and reality. Participants will define needs, values and passions and create their Personal Life Mission Statement.
March 3rd Managing Your Mid-Life Crisis Free Introductory Meeting -Some people become discouraged with the thought of getting older and they start to lose touch with the things that once gave them pleasure. If you feel that you've done nothing but work for years this course will teach you how to enjoy life in a more positive and balanced way.
